Privacy

This is an informational site and it has no user accounts. The only thing it collects is what you leave in the session request form or write in the chat, and only if you decide to use them.

Session request form

If you fill out the form, you are asked for your full name, your WhatsApp number, who the session is for and which format you prefer. Your email, the times that work for you and what brings you here are optional. All of this is used only to reply to you and arrange a session.

What you write in the form is not stored on this site. It travels encrypted to the server, which turns it into an email and delivers it through Resend, an email service with servers in the United States that keeps a copy of the message for 30 days and then deletes it. The email reaches Gisell Acosta’s inbox, and she is the one who reads it and replies to you. That email is kept while the session is being arranged and deleted, at the latest, six months after it is received. If you start a therapy process, your details become part of your clinical record, which is protected by professional confidentiality.

When you first get in touch, you are not asked for your ID number or any other document. You can ask at any time to have what you sent corrected or deleted by sending a WhatsApp message to +595 991 440 000 or an email to lic.gisellacosta@gmail.com.

Website chat

If you write in the chat, your messages are stored, along with the page of the site you wrote from. Your name, WhatsApp number and email are stored only if you choose to share them: you don't need to leave any details to ask a question.

To be able to reply, the chat processes your messages with services from technology providers, including artificial intelligence tools. I am the one who reads the conversations, and I use them only to reply to you and arrange a session.

When you ask to talk to me, or the chat needs me to answer you myself, I get an email notice with the essentials of what you wrote. That notice is delivered through Resend, an email service with servers in the United States that keeps a copy of the message for 30 days and then deletes it.

The “Continue on WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with your latest messages already written in, so you don't have to repeat them. You can edit or delete them before sending.

Chat messages are deleted two years after they are sent. The conversation summary and the contact notes, including your name, WhatsApp number or email if you shared them, are kept until you ask me to delete them.

When you send your first message, and not before, the chat saves an identifier in this browser so you can pick up the conversation again. This device remembers it until you tap “Delete this conversation from this device” in the chat, or until 30 days go by without you writing. Deleting it from the chat only removes it from this device: to have me delete it from my records too, send me a WhatsApp message to +595 991 440 000.

The chat is not an emergency service. If you are going through a crisis, call line 155 run by Paraguay's Ministry of Public Health: it is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day across the country.

Ejercicio Tres movimientos

El ejercicio de la página Tres movimientos funciona entero en tu navegador. Lo que elegís o escribís ahí no se envía a ningún servidor, no se guarda ni en cookies ni en el almacenamiento del navegador, y se borra al cerrar o recargar la página, o al tocar “Borrar todo ahora”.

Solo sale de tu teléfono lo que vos decidas. Si tocás el botón para abrir WhatsApp, el texto del mensaje viaja dentro de ese enlace hacia WhatsApp aunque todavía no lo mandes; por eso, salvo que lo actives, no incluye lo que elegiste en el ejercicio, y nunca incluye lo que apareció ni la frase. Si copiás o guardás tu mapa, queda donde vos lo pegues o lo guardes. Si desde el ejercicio pasás al formulario de solicitud de turno, el enlace lleva solo para quién es la consulta y la modalidad que elegiste, y el correo incluye una línea que dice que llegaste desde el ejercicio, sin nada de lo que marcaste o escribiste.

Las estadísticas de Vercel cuentan las visitas a la página del ejercicio igual que al resto del sitio.

WhatsApp and Instagram

The contact buttons open WhatsApp or Instagram on your device. Whatever you write there is covered by the policies of those platforms and, in the case of a psychological consultation, by professional confidentiality.

Maps

The contact section includes a Google Map that loads together with the page. When it is shown, Google may record your IP address and browser data, under its own policies.
